Mango Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups of milk

3/4 cup frozen mango

1 scoop Collagen Protein Powder

1 tbsp Miss Peppa's Mango Jam

1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 tsp Cinnamon (smoothie topper)

PREPARATION

Gather the ingredients, add all the ingredients to a blender (except for the cinnamon) and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, and sprinkle some cinnamon on top.

Enjoy!

PB&J Strawberry Yogurt Bowl 

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup Fresh Cut Strawberries

1 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter

1 tbsp Miss Peppa's Strawberry Jam

1 tsp Chia Seeds

PREPARATION

Gather the ingredients. Pour the greek yogurt in a bowl, then add peanut butter, chia seeds, and mix. Add the strawberries on top and finish with some drizzle of our strawberry jam on top.
